Discover the world of art making through exploration and experimentation with a variety of materials and organized activities. Basic skills in drawing, painting, and sculpture will be considered. Imagination, self-confidence and individual style are encouraged.

Children's Photography Class

July 22 to August 26, 2010

Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30pm

Instructor: Rosita Di Trolio

Ages: 8-12

Cost: $50.00 / child (+ some photo development)

This series of classes is a wonderful opportunity for your child to engage themselves in a creative, fun, and artistic activity this summer. With holidays, vacations and family get-togethers offering perfect occasion to try out what they learn.

Children will learn: the basics of photography, camera functions, lighting, and composition. They will explore people pictures, sports photography, landscapes, pet photography and much more as well as looking at the Digital Darkroom and organization of digital images.

*Each child must have their own digital camera.
