Year after year, St. Thomas-Elgin Public Art Centre continues to attract adult students, drawn by its diverse offerings in contemporary arts and crafts. Students work intensely in a focused, yet relaxed setting which provides detailed technical instruction and personal attention to individual artistic needs.
